Online learning
- Online learning is provided through digital devices such as computers, tablets, and cell phones with internet access. This enables students to study anytime and from anywhere in the world.
- Students’ study material will be uploaded to an Online Learning Management System (LMS). Students can access their material online or download it to their devices.
- In addition to the study material being provided, students can participate in online discussions via the LMS and may attend webinars, dependent on the qualification enrolled for.
- Various assessments will be done online, and students will have access to lecturers and support staff via the LMS as well as via e-mail or telephone.
Distance learning
- Distance learning is a way of learning where students are able to study remotely instead of attending lectures at a venue.
- Students receive study material which they study in their own time and have access to lecturers via e-mail and telephone.
- This way of learning is particularly suitable for students that require a more flexible learning option such as students who are studying while working full-time.

- Students should ensure that all equipment and connectivity are tested and functioning before an online session or examination.
Facilitated learning
- Classroom training will be arranged (for 15 students or more).
- Learning material will be sent electronically prior to training.

- During training the learning material will be discussed and candidates will start with the completion of the Portfolio of Evidence (POE).
